Are You a HMO Landlord?

Does Your Property House Multiple Tenants from Different Families?

If  so, you may be liable to obtain a HMO licence - in which case we provide a full service where we complete the entire licensing process until approval for a fixed fee. We work closely with the council and offer two services:

• We take full management of your entire property so you are totally hands free

​

• We upgrade your property to meet the HMO standards set out by the council and complete the licensing application process
